Co-Founder & CEO

Two decades of hands-on real estate experience across multiple markets. The kind of operator who has personally walked landlords through Ejari registration, chased bounced cheques on landlord night, and renegotiated commercial leases at 11pm.

Bricks exists because of the friction he watched property managers swim through every day — generic foreign software, paper cheque books, WhatsApp threads pretending to be ledgers. He decided to build the system the market actually needed.

Software builder. Grew up around the property business, learned to write code, and combined the two.

Bricks is engineered the way a property manager would actually use it — fewer screens, fewer clicks, every tenancy contract field already in the right place. The whole platform is shaped around the workflows he watched his father run for years.

Why we built this

We tried the existing software. None of it worked for the UAE.

Property management in the UAE is its own world. RERA, Ejari, VAT on commercial units, post-dated cheques as the dominant payment rail, multi-emirate jurisdiction — none of the foreign platforms we tried understood any of it. The local options were either spreadsheets pretending to be apps, or legacy systems that wanted three months of training to generate an invoice.

So we built our own. Bricks is the platform you’d build if you’d actually managed property in the UAE — Ejari-shaped tenancy contracts, cheque-aware payment tracking, VAT toggled per workspace, role-based portals for staff / landlords / tenants, all in one place.
